The Dolphin Research Institute is a not for profit, community-based organisation. We work hard to ensure the well-being of dolphins and the marine environment.
While we get some small grants from Government, we are not a Government body - we rely largely on support from the community to maintain our important work.
The Dolphin Research Institute is also listed on the Register of Environmental Organisations, with the Australian Government Department of the Environment and Heritage.
